License Agreement
1. License
Glyphic Technology, a California corporation, (“Glyphic”) grants to you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, license to use this version of Codeworks for WWW 1.0 and its accompanying documentation (collectively referred to as “Software”) , as provided by the terms of this agreement.
If you violate any part of this agreement, your right to use this software terminates automatically. In the event of termination of this agreement, you must destroy all copies of this software and derivatives of this software in your possession and cease distributing the same.
You may:
a. Use the Software on as many computers as you want at any given time.
b. Make as many backup copies of the Software as you want.
c. Alter the Software in any manner you see fit FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL USE. Such altered versions may not be distributed. The creation of such derivatives shall not diminish Glyphic’s title to the Software.
d. Terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software and derivatives of the Software and cease distributing the same.
2. Restrictions
No rights are granted to the Software except as expressly set forth herein. You may not:
a. Create any derivative works from the Software for distribution.
b. Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the logic or source code to the Software.
c. Distribute the Software on physical media (floppy or hard disks or CDROMs) or via wire or electronic communications (BBS’s and online information systems) without express written permission of Glyphic.
3. No Warranty
Glyphic makes no representations about the suitability of the Software for any purpose. The Software is provided ‘as is’ without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. The Software is provided gratuitously and, accordingly, Glyphic shall not be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages, even if Glyphic. is advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by you or any third party.
4. Rights
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software are owned in Glyphic. You agree to abide by the copyright law and all other applicable laws of the United States. You acknowledge that the Software and contains valuable and proprietary information of Glyphic and that the Software in source code form remains a confidential trade secret of Glyphic.

5. General
If any provision of this agreement shall be found to be unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed from the remainder of this agreement.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any arbitration or litigation relating to this agreement shall take place in the State of California.
